Working at Glastonbury 2019.

Jo Whiley is the most influential music presenter on BBC Radio 2. I worked on the launch of the show in January 2019, and it focuses on upcoming artists, nostalgia and the best of popular culture.
I’ve worked on interviews and live music sessions with Madonna, Billie Eilish, Ronnie Wood, Liam Gallagher, R.E.M, the Killers, Kylie Minogue, Jeff Goldblum, Keanu Reeves, the Foo Fighters, Alanis Morissette and Craig David. I’ve worked on a Coldplay session from the BBC's legendary Maida Vale Studios:

I’ve worked on outside broadcasts from Abbey Road, Glastonbury, BBC Introducing Live at Tobacco Dock, and a Christmas party from Jo’s home.

I was also on the road for the Dare 2 Tri challenge for Sport Relief 2020. Three nations. Three days. Three triathlons. BBC Radio 2 presenters Jo Whiley, Reverend Kate Bottley and Richie Anderson swapped the studio for the great outdoors to face the ultimate in triathlon tasks, as they Dare 2 Tri for Sport Relief. The challenge saw the trio take on freezing cold open water swims, punishing cycle routes and energy sapping runs in three different UK cities, across three nations, in just three days. £877,000 was raised to help tackle issues such as homelessness, domestic abuse, mental health stigma and child poverty.
